INGREDIENTS

The ingredients we source from MAY also produce items that contain other allergens, some of those being soy or milk powder. We source and purchase the highest quality gluten free flours and starches from Europe and the USA, all meeting the FDA standard of less than 20 ppm to be gluten free!

 

Most of the artisan loaves and baguettes do not contain milk or eggs, however, check the labels because special loaves will have added cheese and various ingredients.

 

The sweets and some pastries are made with nut flours or gluten free flour blends. Again, we source from facilities so we cannot guarantee that the products do not become contaminated with other ingredients.  Each will vary and will be labeled if they contain an allergy driven ingredient from the recipe itself, like dairy or nuts. In most, we only use almond milk. The nut milks, spices, vinegars, and various sweeteners are USA sourced. Keep in mind that what we purchase can be manufactured in a facility that may contain other allergens. 

The menu items are baked in a 100% gluten free home kitchen not a commercial kitchen and our baker is food handler certified.
