I've been developing gluten-free recipes since 2010 and over the past five years, I've curated a variety of gluten-free breads (the base has no eggs or dairy) and the ingredients except the filtered water are imported from the best flour mills in Europe! Also an assortment of pastries & sweet treats (some dairy and egg free)!
Adding to the menu in June: it's not just breads, it's building recipes that make sense: spreads, dips, and while we're adding healthier breads to our stomaches, let's start bringing in smart proteins!
