Rising Dough Company is home to 5 ingredient bread(s)! 

Everything is always 100% gluten free and does not contain preservatives!

Our BASE breads are even dairy free, but you know we're going to tempt you with chunky cheese jalapeno bread and a batch of pull apart soft dinner rolls. 

All scratch made and fresh baked from our award winning artisan baker and chef, Chera Little!

"Our gluten free flour blend, yeast, and olive oil are sourced from Europe! The other two ingredients are filtered water and a little sea salt. Only the best, hence, the most tasty bread you'll ever put in your mouth! I'm always in the test kitchen either trying to improve or provide the things we miss the most! Whether it's a sandwich loaf, a baguette, pizza dough, dinner or cinnamon rolls, and even NY style bagels! I'm here doing it in a 100% gluten free kitchen!"

Rising Dough Company is a small batch, "pop-up" microbakery based in New Braunfels, TX. 

Our artisan baker creates scratch made artisan breads, pizza doughs, and pastries in a 100% gluten free kitchen using high quality ingredients without sacrificing flavor, texture, or chew!

Being that we do not have a storefront, we offer pop-up's in the local area.

It's really simple...pre-order online, pay, and pick-up your delicious baked goods on the scheduled day/time frame at a local business
